On 18 January 2012 jury of three experts from XS Software, after considering all proposals aired the following winners:

1. Place - Stoyan Stoyanov, a concept : "Towers Of Rodhara"

   Final evaluation of the concept 8.4 of 10 possible.

   Stoyan Stoyanov won:

   Initial course in paragliding (7 days + equipment for the period). Trip to an exotic destination (including various "paragliding" experiences). Or similar experience based on his preferences.

2. Place - Kaloyan Ganchev, a concept : "Fortune Hunters Online"

   Final evaluation of the concept 6.4 of 10 possible.

   Kaloyan Ganchev won:

   HD camera for extreme sports GoPro Helmet or PS3/Xbox 360 (for a safer sport).

3. Place - Dimitar Iliev, a concept : "Where Evil Triumphs"

   Final evaluation of the concept 5.4 of 10 possible.

   Dimitar Iliev won:

   Lessons in extreme sport optional (Rafting / Surf / Wakeboard, etc.)..

We are happy to announce that the winners in the event Best Browser Game of the Year 2011 are selected and thanks to our fans and devoted players, our company managed to get prizes in the following categories:

The Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association (BHRMDA) held its annual awards ceremony on December 16, 2011 for a 9th consecutive year. XS Software won the award for Organizational Architecture and Design for its project XS LEGO. The award was granted by the Bulgarian HR community to recognize the company's innovation, drive and dynamic development in 2011.

The HR contest was open for any HR team that had successfully developed projects in an area of human resources management and development. Overall, 15 projects took part in the competition in 5 categories: Learning and Development, Succession Planning (Упавление на приемствеността), Engagement Management, CSR and Organizational Architecture and Design. The evaluation and ranking was done in several stages: Application, Prove and Verification, Winners Announcement. The nominees in each category are confidentially assessed by a category committee, consisting of a Chairman (BHRMDA Management Board member) and two members.

The rest of the winners included two FMCG companies in the categories of Learning and Development - Bella Bulgaria and in CSR - Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Four ICT employers had achieved the highest organizational recognition for Succession Planning, Engagement Management and Organizational Architecture and Design: Vivacom, Mobiltel, HP and XS Software.

At an award gala held by Forbes Magazine today, XS Software was awarded with the Employee of the Year Award. The winner is Nadezhda Danabasheva, VP Games Management.

The Forbes awarded Nadezhda for her and XS Software's excellence in developing an innovative gaming industry in Bulgaria and unique experience with special focus on women in the society - the Lady Popular game. The award comes after a rigorous selection process by Forbes Magazine among nominees from 95 companies in Bulgaria and marks XS Software's success and continuous efforts to develop the gaming business in Bulgaria and its global expansion.

"I dedicate this award to XS team, to our CEO Hristo Tenchev, who have all done a great job throughout the year to launch and successfully market all our games, and to the People and Culture Team for their efforts.", commented Nadezhda Danabasheva.
