Community Manager – Polish language

Your game role would be to:
  • Be initial point of contact for inbound requests;
  • Translate new games and products, game content updates and online advertisements on an on-going basis;
  • Communicate product features through various media – e.g. forum posts, blog posts, in-game announcements, social networks pages, articles etc.;
  • Identify and analyse issues, patterns and trends in customer requests & product performance;
  • Transfer the information to the appropriate departments so that they can respond accordingly to bugs, new ideas for product development, specific marketing tool effectiveness, FAQs, user generated content;
  • Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility;
  • Identify & engage advocates;
  • Establish metrics, deliver monthly reports and provides recommendations;
  • Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the executive team in a proactive positive way;
  • Stay up to date on new social media tools and industry best practices;
  • Participate in professional networking by interacting with peers and influencers;
Your strongest weaponry would be:
  • Near-native level of command of Polish;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Experience in written translation is considered as an advantage;
  • Brilliant communication skills;
  • Track record in customer care or/and game playing is desired;
  • Net savvy, addicted to social networking sites & Web 2.0;
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Interest in online games is an advantage;
