What would be your responsibilities:
  • Translate games and products, game content updates and online advertisements on an on-going basis
  • Taking part in the preparation and implementation of a content plan in social networks.
  • Communicate product features through various media – e.g. forum posts, in-game announcements, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer requests & product performance
  • Transfer the information to the appropriate departments so that they can respond accordingly to bugs, new ideas for product development, specific marketing tool effectiveness, FAQs, user generated content
  • Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility
  • Identify & engage advocates
  • Establish metrics, deliver monthly reports and provide recommendations
  • Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the executive team in a proactive positive way
