We are seeking a Junior PPC Specialist to participate in the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive installs and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels.

• Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for the gaming industry
• End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels & Search channels (FB Performance ads, Google ads & Instagram ads)
• Analyze and report on digital advertise metrics to increase traffic and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels & Search channels
• Create and set up ad accounts
• Responsible for driving new customer acquisition
• Review new market strategies and performance elements required for launch, growth, and market development

• Understanding of digital advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Skills in search platforms (like Google Ads) is a bonus
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is a bonus
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with performance KPI’s: CPA, CPC, CPM, Attribution
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, be comfortable using data to make recommendations and take decisions
• Advanced in English
